Remote Support
Should we need to remotely connect to your computer to assist you or perform
troubleshooting, we will need you to run our remote support agent from TeamViewer.
Click here to download and run the remote support agent. When asked by our
technician, be ready to give the ID and Password from the QuickSupport screen so we can connect to your computer
(see figure 1).
