Simple 3 Step Process - Move to Professional Grade Email Today

1. Login to your adminstrative control panel and create user email accounts.

2. Setup Outlook 2007.

• Download and install Outlook 2007 if necessary. License key available from support@msexchangeonline.com.

• Download and install Outlook 2007 AutoConnect Configuration Wizard.  Take all defaults during the installation.  During the login prompt, login with your full email address (username@domain.com).

3. Configure domain records.** 

• Add a Service Record (SRV) - this is used by Outlook 2007 to locate the Exchange Autodiscover Service. 

Service: autodiscover Protocol: _tcp Priority: 0 Weight: 0 Port: 443 Host: exch1.MyOutlookOnline.com

• Modify MX Records (when you are ready to go live) 

With Spam Filtering:

	Primary:      yourdomain-com.relay1a.spamh.com
	Secondary: yourdomain-com.relay1b.spamh.com
	Tertiary:     yourdomain-com.relay1c.spamh.com

Without Spam Filtering:

	Primary:     mx1.MyOutlookOnline.com
	Secondary: mx2.MyOutlookOnline.com

You can now access your email via Outlook 2007 or the web (webmail.yourdomain.com). To add additional accounts, repeat steps 1 and 2 for each new user. 

NOTE: If at all possible, complete steps 1 - 3 in a single day.  This will minimize email downtime and routing errors.
